Moving into twenty thirteen

Hey guys, I hope everybody had an amazing Christmas!  Sorry am looking all angry and pensive in these pics. I had a wonderful Christmas even though I spend the tail end of it  in the  Emergency Room with a strain tendon.  They gave me a  muscle relaxer and sent me on my way, so nothing too serious.  I think this  happened when I got impatient and picked up something I shouldn't have.  I couldn't wait for my boyfriend to get off of work to help me out. I'm in denial and think I'm still 29 years old.  I'll be 50 next year, so I should know better.

There's some things that I obviously can't do anymore and one of them is trying to lift heavy furniture or items around the house.    My body is telling me that's a no-no, those days are over.

I'm just so independent, when I want something done, I want it done right then and there.  So I figured, hey I can handle it.  Well, that ain't happening no more if it involves moving furniture. LOL

Okay, so I hope everybody got what they wanted for Christmas!

I finally got a Blue Ray Player.  Yeah, I know am late on the technology front.  I always hold out to the last minute so I can get those nice little gadgets on the cheap.  So I hold out on purchasing anything for a couple of years.  When my boyfriend overheard me saying I was going to get one around Black Friday (but didn't) he got me one (yeah he gets mad cool points for that) so now I can watch my Netflix movies away from my computer screen .

I hope everybody is having an wonderful and joyful Holiday and enjoying family and friends, which as we all know, is the most important thing.

Have a good New Year's everybody see you in 2013!

So good to see you looking so great! Glad the ER trip wasn’t as serious one. I know what you mean about our bodies knowing we’re not 29 anymore, ugh, hate it! Happy Holidays! I’m hoping to get back online in the New Year! Hugs!

Glad the emergency room visit didn’t go too badly and that you’re feeling better!

You do color blocking soooo well! Everything looks just smashing!

We still have a regular dvd, lol! Can’t afford to get all-new blu-ray discs so we’re just keeping with the old stuff. :)
