Back in the Mix – Blue Draped Skirt

I finally figured out how to use my new camera.  I got it a while ago but kept using my old Canon Powershot A80 because I just didn't have time to mess with the new camera (Canon SX40 HS).  I wanted to upgrade my pictures with a better resolution and of course I need to be able to shoot good video as well.  I have not played around with that feature yet.  I think I'll just have my son show me, since all the young people are really good at figuring out these  devices without even looking at the manual. I wore this to work today and I got so many compliment on my boots. Just now getting a chance to wear my leopard booties that I brought last Spring on clearance, since it's gotten colder where I live.

Hiiii !! So glad to see you back! I looove the skirt with the gloves (love the whole outfit, but especially this accent)! That color is amazing, one of my faves.

I sent you an email a while back. Haven’t been blogging for a while because we just got through a bad accident: this kid lost control of his car in the rain and crashed into our house! It was terrible. But now we’re just waiting for the insurance to clear and the contractor to start repairs … praying it will start soon! Ugh. It’s been quite a holiday. But we’ll get two new walls for the new year, lol!

@ Anusha – Girl, that is horrible! You will definitely have install some type of guard rail if your house is situated in a spot where a car could end up on your lawn. I have seen this done for particular houses that are build in high-risk road areas. I hope everything works out for you, I can only imagine how stressful this must be for you.
